Something about the desert always inspires me. There is an artistic energy about Joshua Tree that always seem to be present. The beauty of the landscape, the way the sun is always shining, and the artistic community that resides there… all of these things combined make it one of my favorite places to shoot. I was so excited when Evelyn and Alex told me that’s where they wanted to do their engagement session! Evelyn grew up around the area, so it made perfect sense to do the shoot near her home town. I am completely obsessed with Evelyn’s outfit choices for the session! The warm tones embody the feeling of the desert sun and have just the right about of flare! I can’t wait for these two to get hitched in just a few short months!
