Photographing at an Aquarium is probably a lot of photographers dream. I know it was on my bucket list, so when Marielle and Daniel reached out for their wedding at Aquarium of the Pacific in Long Beach, I was gitty with excitement! They are both ocean lovers, especially Daniel,k who enjoys spear fishing as a hobby. (scary!) We even did their engagement session at Malaga Cove in Palos Verdes, where he grew up diving and spear fishing. So cool!
Their wedding day was a relaxed Sunday wedding, and I laugh thinking back how Marielle joked, she can’t believe she scheduled it on a Game of Thrones night! The details of their big day were soo cool. Marielle rocked a gold dress, adorn with the most awesome cape. I am completely obsessed with capes, and was so in love the second I saw her dress!
Their idea for their wedding details was Sea Shells, but since the Aquarium does not allow sea shells in the venue, these two creatives, designed and 3D printed their own. They turned out beautifully! Thank you Marielle and Daniel, for allowing me to celebrate with you and your wedding under the sea!
